Experience a full weekend of automotive passion, history and community at the Cobble Beach Concours d’Elegance & Motoring Festival.
Taking place each September along the shores of Georgian Bay, the festival brings together automotive enthusiasts, collectors and spectators for a weekend filled with exceptional vehicles and unique experiences. From scenic driving tours and downtown car gatherings to engaging seminars featuring automotive legends, there’s something for everyone to enjoy throughout the weekend.
The festival culminates on Sunday with the prestigious Cobble Beach Concours d’Elegance, where a remarkable collection of rare, significant and beautifully preserved automobiles takes centre stage along the 18th fairway overlooking Georgian Bay.
Whether you’re a lifelong collector, a passionate enthusiast or simply love beautiful cars, the Concours d’Elegance & Motoring Festival offers an unforgettable celebration of automotive culture in one of Ontario’s most spectacular settings.
The Cobble Beach Concours d'Elegance

Experience one of Canada’s premier automotive events at the Cobble Beach Concours d’Elegance, set along the 18th fairway overlooking Georgian Bay.
A concours d’elegance is more than a car show. It brings together a carefully curated collection of rare, significant and beautifully preserved automobiles, which are evaluated by expert judges for their authenticity, craftsmanship, condition, provenance and historical importance.
With extraordinary vehicles rarely seen together in one place, every Concours offers a new experience. Vehicles cannot return to the Cobble Beach show field for four years, making each year’s collection truly unique.
Schedule of Events:
- Dawn: Show field opens to participants for load-in
- 8:00 AM: Show field opens to VIP ticket holders
- 9:00 AM: Show field opens to all other ticket holders
- 9:00 AM: Judging commences
- 1:45 PM: Opening ceremonies & welcome announcements
- 2:15 PM: Awards presentation, concluding around 4:30 PM
- 5:15 PM: Afterglow Cocktail Reception
Enjoy a day of automotive history, expert judging and remarkable collector cars, while supporting Sunnybrook Foundation and Brightshores Health System Owen Sound Foundation. This is a rain or shine event; no refunds or exchanges.
Tour d'Elegance presented by Chevron Canada (Participants' Tour)

Experience the beauty of Grey Bruce from behind the wheel at the Cobble Beach Concours d’Elegance Tour d’Elegance.
This scenic driving tour takes participants along some of the region’s most beautiful roads, showcasing the area’s landscapes and communities along the way. The tour departs Cobble Beach at 10:30 AM sharp on Friday, following a mandatory drivers’ meeting at the Cobble Beach Events Pavilion.
The public is encouraged to come out along the route and experience these extraordinary collector cars in motion.
Important Note:
Concours show cars participating in the Tour d’Elegance will receive a ribbon to display at the Concours. In the event of a tie in class judging, preference will be given to the vehicle that completed the tour. Dust or debris on the undercarriage resulting from the tour will not affect judging scores. A Hagerty sweep vehicle will accompany the tour to assist with any mechanical issues that may arise.
Join us for Cars & Coffee, a celebration of the people, passion and vehicles that make the automotive community so special. Taking place in downtown Owen Sound’s River District on 2nd Avenue East, attendance is free for the public.
Cars & Coffee welcomes owners of vintage, exotic and collectible vehicles 25 years and older. Unlike Sunday’s Concours d’Elegance, which features a highly curated selection of historically significant automobiles, Cars & Coffee brings together a diverse collection of vehicles and enthusiasts for a relaxed morning of great cars, conversation and coffee.
Participant Information:
- Vehicles must be 25 years or older.
- All vehicles must be insured and driven into their parking position unaided.
- Vehicles will be parked in the order they enter the registration area.
- Preferred, reserved, club or specific parking cannot be accommodated.

OBLIVION AVENUE is a taste of the annual OBLIVION Car and Culture Show — an immersive time-warp experience celebrating the cars, music, fashion and nostalgia of the 1980s and 1990s.
Come check out a gnarly lineup of era-defining vehicles, turn up the tunes and soak in the retro atmosphere. Dig out your best 80s or 90s threads and join us for a trip back in time!

Step inside the historic Roxy Theatre in downtown Owen Sound for two fascinating automotive seminars featuring some of the industry’s most respected voices. The public is welcome, and at just $10 per person, per seminar, these sessions offer a unique opportunity to hear directly from automotive legends and experts. Proceeds support the Brightshores Health System Hospital Foundation.
Seminar 1: Origins and History of the Daytona Cobra Coupes presented by Peter Brock, moderated by Larry Holt of Multimatic
- Hear the story behind the creation of the legendary Daytona Cobra Coupe and its historic victory at the 1965 FIA GT World Championship — a title no other American car has won.

Seminar 2: Mercedes-Benz: 140 Years of Innovation presented by Armin Gröger, Chief Corporate Archivist, Mercedes-Benz Heritage
- Journey through 140 years of Mercedes-Benz history, from Carl Benz’s groundbreaking invention of the automobile to the engineering, craftsmanship and innovation that continue to define the brand today. Armin Gröger will share fascinating stories from the Mercedes-Benz archives, including the history behind Carl Benz’s pioneering patent for the world’s first gasoline-powered automobile.
