Cars & Coffee Registration
Cars & Coffee will be held in downtown Owen Sound's River District, on 2nd Ave E between 7th St E and 10th St E. This event invites individuals with vintage, exotic, and collectible vehicles that are 25 years or older to participate in this exceptional automotive weekend.
Saturday’s Cars & Coffee will showcase a diverse array of vehicles celebrating the spirit of automotive enthusiasts. Proud owners of beautiful collectible cars will gather early, meticulously shine their prized possessions, and come together with like-minded enthusiasts for a cup of coffee.
All vehicles must be insured and driven into their parking position unassisted. They will be parked in the order they arrive at the registration area. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer preferred, reserved, club, or specific parking.
Registration:
Each entrant must complete a two-step registration process. The registration fee for displaying a collectible car is a minimum $20 donation per vehicle (which includes admission for two people); additional passengers are $5 each. All proceeds will benefit the Brightshores Health System Owen Sound Foundation. This event is limited to the first 100 registered vehicles.
Timeline:
Gates open for registered vehicles at 8:00 AM, and all vehicles must be pre-registered. Registered vehicles must load in between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM; non-registered vehicles will not be accepted at the gate. Cars & Coffee is open to the public from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
Please note:
- All vehicles must remain in place until 1:30 PM and cannot be moved.
- Cars & Coffee reserves the right to refuse entry.
- Registration fees are non-refundable and do not qualify for a charitable tax receipt.
- Fees must be paid at the time of registration.
- Vehicles accepted into the Concours d'Elegance on Sunday cannot participate in Cars & Coffee on Saturday.
