I agree to assume the risk of any and all damages or injury, and to indemnify and hold harmless Cobble Beach Concours d’Elegance, their officers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers, sponsors, beneficiaries & venues for any acts which may result in theft, damage or destruction of my property or injury to one or others occurring during or as a consequence of this event, wherever located. Photos of my vehicle become property of Cobble Beach Concours d’Elegance & will not be returned. Photos may be used at the discretion of Cobble Beach Concours d’Elegance. Each automobile entry is required to have a fully charged & properly rated fire extinguisher on board. Cobble Beach Concours d’Elegance reserves the right to accept or reject any entry for the Cobble Beach Concours d’Elegance events. I give consent to receive email from the Cobble Beach Concours d'Elegance. This event is held rain or shine, no refunds or credit provided.
